Information and purpose
Email, resident/visitor category, preferred Algarve area and main interest. Optional details include name, visit period, party size, occasion, group type, willingness to travel and an indicative research spend band. Do not send health, payment or individual guests’ personal details.
Recording restaurant-concept interest, responding to this opening-interest request and understanding location and food, drink, music or group preferences. The proposed basis is your consent to this interest enquiry. Party size is a stated group estimate, not confirmed customers.
Separate permissions
Ongoing marketing uses a separate optional consent box. It is not required to send an enquiry and does not authorise marketing for another website. No newsletters or automatic replies are enabled. Optional measurement also uses separate consent. Security, duplicate prevention and keeping an accurate processing record are based on WEBOOST LTD’s legitimate interests in operating a dependable enquiry service.
Who can receive information
Mitch Bush manages enquiries through mitchbush83@gmail.com. Authorised staff may review records for this website only. We do not sell contact lists, share these enquiries with unnamed partners, or use them for other websites.
Vercel Inc. hosts the website and processes form requests. Neon, LLC, part of Databricks, stores accepted records in this website’s separate Frankfurt database. Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) sends receipt notifications to the nominated Gmail mailbox, provided by Google. Notifications contain the website, an enquiry reference and a secure review link; they do not contain the organiser’s email, name or form answers. Google processes correspondence if we later respond to your enquiry. Staff access requires authentication.
International processing
Database storage is in Frankfurt, Germany. Hosting, support, email and their subprocessors may involve access or processing outside the UK or EEA. Vercel’s published data-processing terms include EU standard contractual clauses and the UK transfer addendum. Neon’s published platform terms refer to Databricks’ processing and transfer terms. Resend’s data-processing agreement provides EU standard contractual clauses and a UK transfer addendum for applicable transfers, including processing in the United States. These safeguards do not mean that all processing stays in Europe.
Retention and deletion
Accepted enquiry records, consent records and optional measurement events are scheduled for deletion after 180 days from creation. Hashed rate-limit buckets expire after 20 minutes. Backups follow the storage provider’s recovery lifecycle. Staff must also remove corresponding downloaded exports and enquiry correspondence when no longer needed; a database deletion does not itself delete an email or export.
Contact the privacy address below to request earlier deletion or withdraw consent. We will retain information only where a specific legal obligation or a necessary legal-claims reason applies, and explain the basis and period if that occurs. We are not currently sending marketing messages.
Optional measurement and browser storage
No advertising pixel or third-party analytics script is installed. The optional measurement box is off by default. If you choose it, this website can record CTA clicks, form starts, accepted submissions, validation or transport failures and optional-detail completion, together with an allowlisted campaign and, where relevant, selected Algarve region. Optional events are recorded only while permission is selected. If you opt in after beginning the form, a form-start event may be recorded at that point. This produces a partial sample, not a complete visitor count.
Measurement events exclude names, contact details, free-text answers and arbitrary full URLs. Essential request processing may see an IP address; our abuse controls store a keyed hash instead of the raw address. Hosting providers may retain their own security/request logs. The form does not save its answers or measurement choice in browser storage. Untick measurement to stop subsequent optional events; submitting without it has the same enquiry functionality. Restricted access may use essential sign-in cookies.
Your choices and rights
Write to mitchbush83@gmail.com with the website name and, if available, your enquiry reference. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing.
You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner, the Portuguese CNPD or your relevant supervisory authority. Please contact us if you want more information about a recipient or a copy of applicable transfer safeguards.
